1972 Chevrolet Blazer
Fully customized topless 1972 Chevrolet Blazer is powered by a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 crate engine mated to a 6L80 automatic transmission. This original 2-wheel-drive Blazer was one of less than 3,400 built before being transformed into this Pro-Touring Resto-Mod. It comes with a 12-bolt rear end with 3.55 gear ratio and is equipped with a No Limits full front suspension and Air Ride remote-controlled suspension on all four corners. Upgrades include a billet front pulley setup, an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, Rick's gas tank, ceramic-coated shorty headers and a Flowmaster exhaust. This Blazer has power rack & pinion steering, power 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes and custom Intro two-piece 22-inch wheels wrapped in Lexani tires. The exterior is finished in Graphite Black paint with Hogan Built bedrails, updated headlights and chrome grille, bumpers and billet parts. The front bucket seats, back bench and dash pad have been professionally upholstered in two-tone leather complemented by a Bentley-style double-diamond stitching and gray carpet kit. The interior also features a custom dash with a Dakota Digital HDX series gauge, USB charging ports, a custom billet rearview mirror, billet pedals and a billet tilt steering column with a custom billet steering wheel. Additional features include a center console with cup holders, matching leather-upholstered arm pad and USB power ports. The updated stereo system features a Bluetooth/USB/CD Pioneer head unit connected to four speakers. This custom-built Blazer was one of 50 vehicles selected in 2021 to compete in the Barrett-Jackson Cup, which annually showcases 50 of the top builds hand-selected by Barrett-Jackson.
